Well I wasn't sure how Metrocon was going to turn out but this was my favorite year. Steampunk is just an amazing- everything. I plan on pushing a little more of my steampunk accessories into my regular clothing.

Well Friday-
D. Gray-man Cosplayers <3
That was the bulk of my pictures for the entire weekend.

I planned on going to the ball so we left the convention around five to go to get dinner-
Well it took us so long to find a place close that we didn't get to the hotel room to eat until 7:30 and my friend and I were really a mess so we decided to skip it and go swimming.

We made it to Calcifer's Fire show. That was fun. I have 150 or so pictures- I'll go through them and find the best :3

We then went to the rave and saw some awesome guys. The music was slow and kinda bad but the dancing was fun.

On Saturday we woke up and managed to get a early lunch and then returned to the convention Did some things. More D. Gray-man cosplayers- Got a D. Gray-man necklace.

We attended an amazing panel done by Outland Armour. [link]

My friend and I had a blast needless to say. You will be seeing a bulk of pictures. I got 150 or more- So we'll see how it goes.

Abney Park-
We got in line 2hrs early and the show started 2hrs late. But damn was it a fun 4hrs. We met some amazing people we messed around in line with-
THEN one of my new friends left and came back and said two of Abney Park's members were by the doors. My friend and his friend held our spots and we went running over.
I met Kristina(keyboards, vocals)and Nathaniel(Guitar, violin, mandolin). Both were amazingly nice and everything. I got pictures of me with them-

THE SHOW WAS AMAZING. We ran to the borders. I got 200ish pictures and 5 videos before my camera died- Then we could go close to the stage- and my camera died so I had my phone to take pictures.

After the show I changed into Rave clothes and I saw them again! I hugged Captain Robert(Vocals, Songs, Darbuka, Diatonic button accordion) and Finn(vocals)and hugged them both and once more saw Kristina and Nathaniel! But I didn't get to meet Daniel....

We went to the rave... Saw a little of Ark Attack... and left early... It was boring.....

The next day (After getting 4hrs sleep) I woke up and took my friend Toi-

I see Finn- Then Nathaniel waved at me! He remembered Me! I couldn't believe it. AND Daniel was there! I hugged every member of Abney park then! Then I got pictures of me with the three of them!
THEN I went to the dealers room and saw Captain Robert! I'm surprised I didn't faint. I hugged him- and got a picture of me with him!

So officially: I have talked to every member of Abney Park, Hugged every member, and gotten a picture with every member. No one has any idea how amazing that had made my summer. My Favorite band... WOW.

D. Gray-man Tyki character charm(For a cell phone but now its on my Camera)
A.. I don't know what you call it... Its a strip of fabric that says 'I survived Metrocon 2008'(Last year drunks from a Red Bull event were terrorizing the place- We fought back)
that I now tie around my arm or pantleg.
