Wow, I guess it's been awhile since I've last been on here? I haven't made a journal entry since I saw The Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

School....
School work has been suffering. However The Decade Club went up in December and was amazing. One of the best times I've ever had in High School. I really miss everyone. There was a cake fight and everything on stage. Wonderful.
In JROTC- Our big inspection is Wednesday. I'm fixing 1/2 years worth of mistakes by the old S-5 which sucks. I spent from 8am-1:30 on Saturday at the school, First period today and from 2:30-5 Working some more, and tomorrow I will have first and third period to work and a LONG time after school tomorrow. Then I will become S-5- an Officer position. Its also known as the Public Relations officer.

Life....
Keith.... He came home this winter. He's so different now. Really nice. We had alot of fun, Some things I still laugh about. I miss him A LOT. He won't see me my entire 17th year-(I turned 17 on Feb 5th) But as a Christmas present he's paying for my $1000 trip to New York next year.

A family friend died last week- He was a Wonderful man. The thing I want to share is the Celebration of Life we had for him- 300 people through the door- A rockin party like he would have wanted it. But the funniest thing they did- was about his remains. Dennis was a man with a sense of humor- so his children put the remains in a paper bag and put a 'Hello, My name is....' Dennis sticker on the bag with an Obama pin. Dennis said if he could watch Obama come to office his life would be complete.

Blood....
I managed to swallow my fear of needles last week and donated blood for the first time- One of my closest, funniest friends was there and the two of us had a good laugh.

Obsession....
I found an amazing Steampunk band named Abney Park ( [link] ) I have most of their songs and I listen to them daily. Check out their music. WONDERFUL. They're playing at Metrocon 2009!
So far I have my Steampunk outfit together. Such a wonderful Genre.
Airborn was a steampunk book I recently picked up and it was fantastic. I have the second one on my bed as we speak. Pick it up- Its by Kenneth Oppel.
Metrocon- Yup- Going to it for a night to go to both raves, and the Abney Park Concert. I have my steampunk outfit folded neatly.
What I have so far: Pinstripe pants, White button down shirt, Vest, Goggles, Jewlery, and my planned hairstyle
